author editor distinction in CoinS

We are trying to use COinS to optimize ebooks.cambridge.org for Zotero. Many of our books are edited volumes with different contributors for each chapter. For example http://ebooks.cambridge.org/ebook.jsf?bid=CBO9780511735042
Is there a way to label the COinS metatags so the authors and editors are brought into Zotero properly?
