Zotero is not saving my Jstor items
I have tried to read some previous discussions so as to not double a discussion previously posted, and so far I have not found one that directly deals with the issue I am having.
When using JSTOR the appropriate icons appear in my browser bar, but when I click on them to have JSTOR save the article or bibliography it does not work. The box in the bottom right hand corner of Zotero that normally tells you your articles are being saved appears but without any text in it. The box remains for a moment or two and thn disappears and the article or bibliography is not saved.
I just got Zotero so I may be doing something wrong, but I went to Amazon and the NY Times and had no trouble with articles saving from either of these sites.
I am attempting to do this from off-campus, but I am pretty sure that my library uses EZ Proxy.

Zotero doesn't currently work with all EZproxy configurations.
