symlink to profile on linux causes zotero problem
I've got a problem with the following set-up:
I've symlinked my mozilla profile folder. The Zotero folder is inside the profile folder, so basically I've got this:
/root/.mozilla/firefox/nyrs6b6z.default
which is a symlink to
/root/home/nyrs6b6z.default/
and the zotero folder is inside there
/root/home/nyrs6b6z.default/zotero/
But when I open Zotero, I get a blank database - with just the starting zotero entry.
So my question is: is there a problem having the zotero folder inside a folder that has been symlinked to? I can just move it I guess, but I don't see why this should be a problem. Any thoughts?

dstillmanYou could provide a Debug ID using the "Enable after restart" option, but just move your database. Zotero supports custom data directory locations and Firefox has had serious trouble with symlinks in the past, so it's probably not worth thinking about too much.
