non-members syncing

I have started a group which can be viewed by the public but edited only by members. We would like for the public to be able to download our library still. Can we allow the public to download our library by syncing rather than making a file of our exported library available?

    You can make your group public, which will allow people to join the group (which is how one syncs with its library). Here's one I set up (though it's not exactly been a rousing success!).
