Upgrade StorageIntermittent "The remote procedure call failed" error when inserting citations in Word
Hello,
I keep getting an intermittent error when inserting citations or refreshing in Microsoft Word. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it fails.

Errors shown in the report:
• "The remote procedure call failed" [insertFieldRaw:document.cpp]
• "The RPC server is unavailable" [cleanup:document.cpp]
• "can't access property citationItems, c is undefined" (citeproc.js)
System: Zotero 10.0.7 (x64), Windows 11 (26200), Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise (Arabic interface with English language pack). Zotero locale: Arabic.
What I have tried:
• Restarting Zotero and Word, and restarting the computer
• Reinstalling the Word add-in
• Turning off Track Changes
• Saving the document locally (not on OneDrive)
• Testing in a new blank document (same intermittent problem)
• Closing Grammarly and uninstalling McAfee
• Online Repair of Microsoft 365
Any help would be appreciated.
