Upgrade StorageACM Digital Library fails in "Premium Mode"
ACM has a basic mode for unauthenticated access and a premium mode when authenticated via IP-range/proxy.
Saving in basic mode works for me, but I get errors in premium mode. I've tested on
https://dl-acm-org.libezproxy2.syr.edu/doi/10.5555/3692070.3694313
on both Edge and Firefox. Debug from Edge connector is

(which isn't particularly helpful, but maybe you can make sense of it)
