Upgrade StorageNotes have disappeared

I have been made aware of a problem today that originated about 2-3 months ago. The issue is that all 'Notes' against all resources in our Library have disappeared.
Does Zotero maintain server-side audit logs, change history, item history, note history, synchronisation logs, or deleted-item records for private group libraries, and can those records be reviewed for an incident that occurred approximately 2-3 months ago? What could be the possible cause/s for this issue?
