Upgrade StorageBug Z11-beta.3
There's a bug in the latest beta versions (I don't remember if it's new in version 11 or if it comes from the latest beta versions 10).
In the Plugins Manager (Tools > Plugins), right-click on the gear icon, and if you select “View Recent Updates,” you won't be able to return to the view with all the plugins.
