Upgrade Storage**Zotero Android sign-in blocked by Cloudflare Turnstile 300010 — multiple devices**
I'm experiencing longstanding Zotero Android connection problems across several devices.
On 3 November 2026, Zotero.org authentication failed during Cloudflare verification on an Android 13 tablet running Firefox 159.0.
The Cloudflare diagnostic reported:
- Error: **300010 — Security Check Failed**
- Session ID: `6BFDE8502FBF4B009F62E4B1CA08F795`
- Ray IDs: `a54d98a3df230201`, `a54d99e3da1d0201`
- Time: approximately 18:56–18:57 UTC
- Two failed attempts, each lasting approximately 40 seconds
All four diagnostic tests passed: automation detection, system clock, privacy-tool interference and Cloudflare connectivity. Cookies were enabled.
I have also experienced Zotero Android connection problems on other devices, including an Android 17 phone. Trying different browsers, networks and passwords has not resolved the problem.
**Separate WebDAV issue**
Zotero Android reports HTTP `-1` / unknown response during WebDAV verification and cannot download attachments.
Desktop Zotero 10.0.7 and its WebDAV synchronisation work correctly. Zoo for Zotero can download attachments and accept Firefox shares.
The WebDAV service uses cPanel over HTTPS on port 2078.
I would appreciate help identifying whether the Cloudflare challenge is preventing authentication and whether the WebDAV failure requires separate investigation.
I can supply an Android Debug ID if needed.
