How to backup multiple group libraries

I administer group account that contains multiple group libraries. I do my administrative work while logged into that account through the browser. I am logged into Zotero on my desktop using my personal Zotero account. How can I back up the entire group account so that all those libraries, and all the annotated pdfs in those libraries are secured?
