[Zotero connect] Inconsistent downloading of PDFs when there are more than one citation_pdf_url
Some journal articles can have more than 1 citation_pdf_url in the html metadata. Possibilities include
* The main article PDF
* A PDF of Supplemental Materials
* A PDF for the peer review report
Here is one example: https://planetary-research.org/article/view/349
When the html contains more than 1 citation_pdf_url, however, Zotero connect only downloads a single file, and it is not clear which file the connector chooses to download (I suspect it depends on the order of the citation_pdf_url tags). This is a problem that needs a solution.
I see two possibilities:
1. Download all files by default. If one file is too large (such as for supplemental figures), Zotero could give a warning.
2. Ask the user which file/files to download - This might not be too useful, as the metadata doesn't say what the file is.
Regardless of what solution is chosen, Zotero connect needs a way to deal with this situation.
