Upgrade StorageBug? modified link by chatGPT impedes zotero plugin to work

When I use some GAI, like chatGPT, I get links with an appended "?utm_source=chatgpt.com". This modification of the link greys my zotero browser plugin and cannot get it to save the url to my zotero. If I manually remove the appended "?utm_source=chatgpt.com", the icon gets coloured again and I can save the url.
Any automatic workaround possible? Removing ?utm_source=chatgpt.com automatically would be great, btw :-)
