Payment problems

I have checked with my bank that payments to Zotero should process normally, but I am repeatedly unable to make a payment with any of the available options or with different credit or debit cards. Could there be a wider problem with Zotero payment system? I am worried that my library will be damaged as there are only few days left of my subscription, could there be an email support for this kind of thing?
