zotero没有保存边框注释和文中标注

今早全部完成阅读，并在文献中进行高亮标记和边框注释，文中添加了许多笔记。但是，APP自动升级成了10，因此一周的努力全白费了，再次打开文献时已经是空白一片。
尝试：
1、进行了登录同步，无效；
2、关闭同步，备份根数据后更改数据名至更早的日期。但是没有注释完后未更新的版本，无效；
3、网页版中的云端数据，在线库中也没有；
4、数据文件的属性中没有以前的版本，无法还原；
目前文献回到了阅读之前的空白。

Zotero saves all data as soon as you enter it. Most likely you're either looking at different versions of the files or you've switched to a different data directory (e.g., if you were using a custom data directory and the setting got lost). See Locating Missing Zotero Data for the latter.
