Upgrade StorageBeta - Android (boox) pdf reading and highlighting has bugs

Since the latest beta version, there are two features/bugs that have made my reading experience more difficult. One is that the highlighting feature has a bug where in all my pdfs, the location of the highlight is no longer aligned with the highlight cursors, especially at the end of the line. The cursors will be way to the right of the actual highlighted text. Also when I try to highlight the next line it often ends up highlighting the whole page or even the next page. This often can end up shifting my location in the document so that I end up moving to a different page or to the beginning of the text, which is disorienting.. This has made it significantly harder to highlight text. The second issue (more minor) is that I can no longer easily zoom the pdf just right so that there is no margin between the page and the edge of the device and i can safely just scroll up and down without worrying that the pdf will move side to side. Now, no matter how I zoom the pdf, it can slide side to side as I scroll.
I have tested this on multiple pdfs and the issues persists across all of them.
