While trying to use zotero word add citation, something went wrong. The item failed to be placed into the bibliography. The bibliography statement disappeared from the item pane. Many other items with the same author name, this also happened. Cannot drag and drop from these items into word. In item pane, will display title author date. Will create report for item. Will create footnote. But will not create in references list and will not drag & drop into references list in word. Please help.
