Tag autocomplete dropdown leaves gap when opening upward

Steps to reproduce:

In the right item pane, position the Tags section low enough that the autocomplete dropdown opens above the tag input.

Start typing a tag, initially showing around six suggestions.

Continue typing until only a few (<6) suggestions remain.

Actual: The dropdown shrinks upward, leaving an increasing gap between the suggestions and the input field.

Expected: The dropdown should remain anchored to the input, shrinking downward when displayed above it.

When the dropdown opens below the input, it behaves correctly.

Tested on Fedora Linux (GNOME and KDE - both Wayland), reproducible in (at least) Zotero 8, 9, and 10.
