Upgrade Storage[Z11] 'New Item Note' is greyed out in the toolbar's New Note menu (and File > New)
Steps:
1. Select a regular item in the items list.
2. Click the toolbar's New Note button (the note icon with the dropdown), or open File > New.
3. "New Item Note" is greyed out and does nothing. "New Standalone Note" works.
