unfortunately, I lost access to my verified email account and I do not know how to set up the new one, as I cannot verify the new mail address or delete the old one.

adamsmithI don't quite understand -- you can just add a new email on https://www.zotero.org/settings/email, verify it, set it as primary, and delete the old one. Which part isn't working?
