IEEE: personal_communication items should print as "private communication"
The IEEE CSL style (ieee.csl) prints a personal_communication item (an e-mail or letter in Zotero) with its title in quotes, like this:
B. Smith, "Project update," Sep. 29, 2026.
The IEEE Reference Guide (V 3.28.2025, section S, Unpublished) gives this format for private communications:
J. K. Author, private communication, Abbrev. Month, year.
So the same item should be:
B. Smith, private communication, Sep. 2026.
In the current ieee.csl in the repository, personal_communication only appears in the generic group that prints the title, container and date, so there is no rule for it. I noticed this in Typst, which uses the same style.
