Upgrade StorageColour ordering inconsistency for highlighting
Very simple issue but it causes some small annoyance.
The colours for the highlighter tool are in a different order when viewing a PDF and when writing a standalone note.
e.g. in a PDF it is Yellow Red Green Blue Purple Magenta Orange Grey
in a Standalone Note it is Red Orange Yellow Green Purple Magenta Blue Grey
This would be an easy fix I hope for a minor inconvenience.
There may be other inconsistencies for other document types.
