Viewing Endnotes in iOS [FEATURE REQUEST]
Hello. First, thank you to all the incredible and responsive developers working on the Zotero ecosystem.
One workflow issue I have is with reading PDFs of books with endnotes. When reading on the iPad, flipping from the main body of the text to endnotes. (either in chapter or at the end of the book) This is also a problem for folks trying to view figures/tables. See https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/134040/request-for-multi-window-annotation-support-for-ipad-os-ios/p1
On the desktop, I use split view to view the main text and endnotes side by side. I think this would be the dream scenario; however, opening multiple copies of the same file on iOS creates problems. This may be related to how Zotero uses its database, and the devs have made it clear that split view may not be implementable on iOS. See:

Devs have recommended keeping the sidebar open and hopping around using annotations. However, the relevant page/citation quickly gets lost in longer documents or with heavy annotation. This is particularly true with endnotes, where the relevant annotation is always at the bottom of the list.
Finally, the forward and back buttons work well for flipping back and forth between two known pages, but they reset whenever the reader flips to a new page. This is particularly frustrating when reading and flipping between pages in the main text and endnotes at the end of a text.
There are two possible features that may address this problem, and may be even more powerful when used together:
1) Add a feature to favorite annotations and pin them to the top of the annotations panel.
2) Add a switch in settings to extend the appearance of the forward and back buttons. I'd like the option to set those buttons to "always visible" whenever the sidebar view is open.
