Upgrade StorageOSCOLA 4th Edition: Hide URLs in Footnotes but Keep Them in the Bibliography

I am using the OSCOLA 4th edition citation style for my thesis, and I would like to customize it. Specifically, I want URLs to be hidden in footnotes in order to save more space for the main text, while still having them appear in the bibliography.
Could anyone explain how I can modify the citation style to achieve this?
