Upgrade StorageZotero not working on a Mac
Hi all,
One of my students keeps getting the error below when opening Zotero on their Mac. We've uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero and updated macOS, but they're still getting it:
"The Zotero database cannot be opened. Make sure you have read and write permissions for all files in the Zotero data directory and that security software isn't preventing Zotero from accessing that directory. Data directory: /Users/XX/Zotero"
Zotero version is the latest
Fresh install
Has anyone seen this before, or know what might be blocking access to the data directory?

Open Terminal via Spotlight, paste this in, press Return, and let us know the output:
ls -ld ~ ~/Zotero(You can x out the username.)
