Upgrade StorageMerge CNKI translator for the redesigned site
The current default CNKI translator is from 2023. Between then and now, the site has been redesigned and the methods used to extract `filename` and `dbname` no longer work with the new site design.
The translator has continuously been developed at https://github.com/l0o0/translators_CN/blob/master/CNKI.js . Would the developers consider merging this version into the default installation?
I have vibe-coded a version at https://github.com/zotero/translators/pull/3671 , not knowing about the existence of the translator_CN version. This is of course more buggy and incomplete. I think it serves more as an indicator of visibility issues than a translator update.
