We are building a web application in Laravel that needs to pull items and collections from a Zotero library using the Zotero Web API.
A few questions:
1. What is the recommended way to handle API rate limits and versioning when syncing large libraries?
2. Is it better to use library version polling or the notification stream for updates?
3. Are there any existing PHP client libraries you would recommend?
