New machine and not syncing to web group libraries

I had to get an updated laptop and can no longer sync to all the web libraries previously accessible to me. It gives me an invalid username or password error.

Upgrade to the latest version of Zotero. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset.

Thanks, it seems I am having issues with my organization's ability to update it as I requested the update last week.
