双击软件无反应，点不开软件

无论是双击、右键打开文件都无反应，仅zotero无法点开，电脑的其他软件均正常，昨晚突然这样了。试过重启电脑，无用；试过属性→兼容，无用。
求问如何解决。

    Uninstall and reinstall from the download page. Your data won't be affected.

    我在早上遇到了同样的问题，我卸载了自动更新的10.0.6版本并重装了10.0.5的版本，目前可以打开。重装前我备份了文献库，现在需要重装插件。
