[Plugin] Zotero Theme Toggle — one-click appearance switching

Zotero already provides native appearance modes, but changing them requires opening Settings. I made this Zotero Theme Toggle to make this more convenient.

The plugin adds a button next to Sync in the top toolbar. Click it to cycle System → Light → Dark → System, with no restart required.

Usage: Download the `.xpi`, load it through Zotero’s plugin manager, and click the new toolbar button. Hover over it to see the current mode and next action.

Tested on Windows / Zotero 10.0.5. Other platforms have not been tested.

每次切换 Zotero 的外观模式都要进入设置，使用起来不太方便，所以我做了这个小插件：Zotero Theme Toggle。

它会在顶部工具栏、同步按钮旁增加一个快捷按钮，直接使用官方外观设置，左键循环 跟随系统 → 浅色 → 深色 → 跟随系统，立即生效，无需重启。

用法： 下载 `.xpi`，在 Zotero 插件管理页加载，然后点击顶部新增按钮即可切换。悬停可以查看当前模式和下一次点击的模式。

已在 Windows / Zotero 10.0.5 验证。
