Forgot password and no longer have email address

My Zotero account was through an old university email that I no longer have access to. I do not know what the password was for the account. I have my data stored locally, but I'd like to access the syncing feature, my online account, and update my email address. Not sure how to go about it, because the password reset feature is presumably sending to my old email address. How can I move forward?
