Word Add-in reports successful install but no ribbon tab — macOS 27.0 Golden Gate, Zotero 10.0.4

Hi, trying to get this to work but still no ribbon tab for Zotero. Here is the Debug Output. If anyone can suggest a fix, or maybe let me know if this is a known bug due to latest Mac OS. Thanks in advance.

I've just come back to Word and there it is. I was looking in the wrong place, the menu at the top of the screen, not the one within the document window..... Blushing......
