Upgrade StorageZotero Connector (Chrome, Windows): scikit-learn URL missing domain

When I add any page from the scikit-learn API pages or User Guide, the `.org` domain does not get included in the URL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Chrome on a Windows 11 system and ensure that Zotero Connector is installed.
2. Navigate to a page on scikit-learn.org, such as https://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/linear_model.html or https://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/generated/sklearn.cluster.DBSCAN.html.
3. Click the Zotero Connector button.
4. Open the Zotero Windows app.
5. Find the just-added scikit-learn item.
6. Look at the URL of the item, and notice that the `.org` portion of the URL is missing. From the examples in step 2, the URL will be https://scikit-learn/stable/modules/linear_model.html or https://scikit-learn/stable/modules/generated/sklearn.cluster.DBSCAN.html, respectively.
I have had this happen on two different PCs on two different versions of Zotero in the last month or so, and can reproduce it without failure for any User Guide or API link.
