Upgrade Storagefeature request: let us specify a custom TTS provider
I run my own TTS server on my own laptop because I can get higher quality and more predictable TTS with accents I prefer, even when I'm offline.
An option to specify a custom service URL that hosts an OpenAI compatible endpoint would be really useful.
