Upgrade StorageZotero experienced error updating document
Hi -- I have a Windows system and have gone through every trouble shooting step without any luck. This follows three days of attempting to redownload the plug in, which I finally managed to do. Zotero recognizes the plug in. The plug in shows up in Word again but it will not (this all started because it was not syncing up to date). I've tried youtube, reddit, google. Both are completely up to date, track changes is disabled. It will not allow me to access zotero inside Word in a new or old document. What else can I do?
Have you removed Zotero.dotm from Word and confirmed that it was completely gone before from Word before continuing?
