Style Error: IEEE Annals of the History of Computing ??

Hi,
The current style for IEEE Annals of the History of Computing is configured (I believe) as a dependent style pointing to the master IEEE style (which sorts by order of appearance).

However, the official journal guidelines require the bibliography to be alphabetized by author and numbered sequentially. See the carveout for the "Annals" at https://www.computer.org/publications/author-resources#formatting-references

Could this style please be updated to be an independent style with an alphabetical sorting block?

I have hacked it locally to put in a sort block within the bibliography stanza
