Upgrade StorageTags missing from tag search box in Zotero 10
Long time Zotero user here, and love the upgrades we've seen in Z8, 9, and 10!
I've noticed, however, that in 10, I have some tags that are in individual items, but do not show up in the search box on the bottom left.
In the attached image, the highlighted record has "ELF" as a tag; however, that tag does not appear in the tag list on the left.
Restarting Zotero and Syncing did not fix the issue.
