[Feature Request] iOS EPUB reader: Separate Apple Pencil and finger input

In the Zotero iPad app, using the Apple Pencil to highlight text while using a finger to scroll/navigate works great in the PDF reader. However, this functionality is currently missing when reading EPUB files.

When reading an EPUB with an active annotation/highlight tool:
- Single-finger swipes trigger text selection instead of scrolling.
- Touch and Apple Pencil inputs are treated identically rather than splitting duties (stylus for highlighting, finger for navigation/scrolling).

Please consider bringing the same input-separation logic to the EPUB viewer on iOS. This would allow Apple Pencil input to drive text selection/highlighting while single-finger gestures pass through to page scrolling and navigation.

This would make reading and annotating EPUBs on the iPad much smoother and consistent with the PDF experience.

Thanks for all your hard work on the iOS app!
