Upgrade StorageRTF Scan 'Verify Cited Items' not working in version 10.0.2 (Mac OS)
Hi all, I have just updated to version 10 on Mac (10.0.2 to be precise) and when trying to use RTF Scan I am unable to select any items under 'Item name' to resolve ambiguous citations—therefore, I am unable to continue and generate the RTF-scanned document. See screenshot. Grateful for any assistance.
