Zotero does not appear under macOS Automation permissions

Hi,

I am having an issue with Zotero Word integration on macOS.

When I click Add/Edit Citation in Microsoft Word, Zotero displays:

“Zotero does not have permission to control Word.”

However, under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation, Zotero does not appear at all, so there is no option to enable Microsoft Word.

My system:

macOS Tahoe 26.6.2 (25G83)
Zotero 10.0.2 (ARM64)
Microsoft Word for Mac 16.111.2

The Zotero tab is present in Word, so the Word add-in appears to be installed correctly.

I have already:

Run tccutil reset AppleEvents
Completely quit Zotero and Word
Restarted the Mac
Reopened Zotero and Word and tried Add/Edit Citation again

Automation is still empty/Zotero still does not appear, and macOS does not show a permission prompt.
