Multi-Step Authentication Problem

I am a current school teacher trying to log in to my Zotero account to show my students how I used it when in undergrad. I know my login information but it requires Multi-Step Authentication and I cannot access that email. There does not seem to be any button to click. The "Having Trouble?" sentence below has no link.
