Upgrade StorageLiner notes modification for CMOS 18 (author-date and notes-bibliography)

Thanks to Claude.AI (which means YMMV, etc.), I've modified the existing CMOS 18 styles to include recordings liner notes, and while I was at it, made a few tweaks to cite book (or recording) reviews, and music scores (more of a tag and extra field note).

I welcome your corrections and suggestions; please be kind as I'm an awesome librarian, but not such a great coder.
