iOS: Cannot download new attachment

Yesterday, I added an item with a PDF attachment on my desktop (10.0.1 on Linux). When I synced my iPhone and iPad (both running Version 2.0.7 Build 461), the item appears as expected. However, I am not able to download the attachment. The notification stays stuck on "Downloaded 0 / N".

Sorry, I suspect there's an issue connecting to my WebDAV server. I'm looking into it.
