Upgrade StorageData doesnt show up in Word Add on
Hello, first English is my second language so please excuse any spelling mistakes.
I have now tried absolutly everything. Whenever i want to add a zitation in Word, i can not find the document in the window that pops up. Currently its the only document and the window is just "empty". It shows my library an everything but not the document, searching for it also leads to no results.
I tried uninstalling Zotero and the Firefox Connector and re - installing it, I re - installed the Word Add - On multiple times, i unisntalled Avast thinking that might solve the problem but it didnt, both Word and Zotero are not running as Admins and are Running on the same Profile. There are no Updates that could be Installed, i checked windows defender and nothing there. I did absolutly everything on the help website to try and fix this problem but nothing is working. Is this maybe a bug that can only be fixed with an update? Or do i need to unistall the latest update?
Any help is very much appreciated because I am at my wits end.
I have windows 11 Operating System. On my old laptop i had windows 10 and never had any issues there.
