Can't login on desktop app (windows)

Can login without issue on the web, but doesn't work on the Windows app with same credentials.. bug on the app?

If you have a username and password field in the app, you're using an outdated version. For security reasons, older versions are no longer able to log in for syncing, except immediately after a successful password reset.

I have tried resetting the password, and the Sync login still does not work
