Connector for Mozilla does not download

Hello, I am unable to download the Connector for Mozilla: download progression bar remains at 0% or does not even show. I have already downloaded Zotero itself. How can I solde this? Thanks

    Try from a different network or download the XPI in another browser and drag it into the Firefox Extensions pane.
