Upgrade StoragePlease help—need to transfer files from old account to new account without access to old account
Hello, I am locked out of my old account as it is associated with a university email I no longer have access to. It was synced to the Zotero library on my computer I created a new account, and would like to sync the library on my computer to my new account, or transfer those files to the new account. I tried exporting my files but I don’t know how to now import them to my new account. I’m very afraid of losing years of research. Thank you for your help!
