Zotero not Syncing

Every time I try to sync through WebDav the green sync arrow spins but the sync is never completed. I have tried waiting till off-peak hours as well as syncing from a non-GMU internet connection but have not had any success. There is no error reported, the sync just doesn't happen (the arrow will spin for hours and nothing happens).

    I have file syncing set up through mydrive.ch

    Try again. (Also, this isn't related to WebDAV—you have a very large database and it's stalling out uploading the metadata to the Zotero servers.)
