[style update] Berghahn Books (UK)

There is a style for this already, but it seems missing some dedicated specification for some reference types, for example, `Statute` and 'Film'.

This means this style misses important metadata.

The Berghahn guide is short and advises implementing the reference types it does not describe based on "a Harvard style guide" https://www.berghahnbooks.com/uploads/authors/doc_style_UK.pdf

What would be the best way to deal with it? Could someone with better expertise help to extend it, or maybe even spawn it from some more established Harvard-type style that is maintained? Not sure I can hack it with sufficient confidence for public use...

  • Report number also appears at the end and is italicised.

    The example references are international treaties with their nubmers that are Statutes in Zotero and convention documents that are Reports, with numbers...
