Plugins authorship concern and AI

New Zotero plugins are exposed from time to time here in the forums.

Currently, in this "Epoch" of GenAI/LLM, many software is developed using those tools.

I'd like to as plugin developers to make explicit either their use of LLM/GenAI or that they do not use at all those tools. I know some of the Zotero plugin developers do that, but I believe this should be general.

    @aborel I hadn't seen that before.

    I'd prefer a declaration a bit more specific, mainly regarding how developers were assisted by AI, but that would be better than nothing.

    I agree, the "Assisted" label can certainly use some text complement because it can be applied in many different situations.
