No idea what the problem was - the red ! told me something was wrong. Any guidance appreciated.

    Do you have your Zotero data directory on a network drive or in another non-standard location?

    (Note also that you're running the beta. If that's not intentional, you should install the release version from the download page. And if you do mean to be running the beta, be sure to always 1) upgrade to the latest version before posting here and 2) say that you're running the beta in your thread title.)
